In short: this site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and asks you for nothing. If you write to us, we keep your email so we can reply. That is all.

What this site collects

One thing, and only if you choose to give it: the demonstration request form. Nothing else. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and has no video or embedded content from anywhere else.

Verified on 21 September 2026 against the published site: no Set-Cookie headers, no requests to any other domain, nothing stored in your browser, and no scripts. Typefaces are served from our own server, so your IP address never reaches a font provider.

The form works without JavaScript and sends nothing to a third party. We deliberately left out CAPTCHA-style bot checks, precisely because they would have added a script and a request to another company on this page.

What our host processes

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc.’s network. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to serve and protect the site: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and information about your browser.

Cloudflare acts for us in that capacity only. We do not use its analytics.

Cloudflare is a United States company and its network is global. Your technical data may therefore be processed outside Quebec.

If you use the form or write to us

The demonstration form asks for your name, your email and, if you want, a message. We ask for nothing else: no phone number, no company name, no budget.

What you send becomes an email to the owner, and nothing more. It is not written to any database, here or anywhere else — there is not one. The form keeps no copy.

If you email us directly, we receive what you put in it: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.

We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We do not use it for anything else, we do not trade it, and we do not sell it.

Your email stays in our inbox. It is not copied into any database, any contact management tool, or any newsletter tool.

You do not have to email us: the other contact details are on the Legal page.

Who has access

One person: the owner of the business, named on the Legal page. Aksel Solutions is a sole proprietorship and has no employees.

Nothing received by email is passed to anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable commercial follow-up. Write to us and we will delete your message sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it.

You also have the right to receive the information you gave us in a structured, commonly used technological format, or to ask that it be sent to someone else.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to the responsible person, whose name and contact details are on the Legal page. We reply within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Because it stores nothing, there is no database here to protect or to disclose after an incident.

Emails you send us are protected by our mail provider’s security measures and by access limited to the owner.

If this policy changes

The updated date at the top of this page changes with it. If the change is significant — for example if the site starts collecting information — we will say so clearly on the site.
