The AI proposes.
A person signs.
Your inspection reports are PDFs; your tracking is a spreadsheet. Aksel reads the report, proposes each finding with the page it came from, and puts nothing on the record until an authorized person approves it.
A form, not access to the app. A person replies, not a bot.

How it works
What it does, and what it refuses to do.
Today
Inspection reports are PDFs. Tracking is a spreadsheet. What got fixed, by whom and on what date lives in an inbox — or in somebody’s memory.
01
It reads the whole report.
Every finding it proposes carries the page it came from. You do not have to take its word for it: you open the page and look.
Nothing is summarised without being located.
02
You approve. Your name stays on the record.
Nothing enters the record without an authorized person approving it. The record keeps who decided, and when.
Not the model — you.
03
It cites the regulation, or it refuses.
Ask a question about Québec building regulation: it shows you the passage. If it does not have one, it says so.
It cannot invent a citation.
04
Before you send a contractor, it tells you what is missing.
The RBQ licence was verified against the official register when the contractor was added, and can be re-verified whenever you want. Insurance is confirmed by a person: their name and the date stay on the file.
If something is missing, the app warns you, records that you were warned, and lets you decide. It does not block. Exactly one case is refused: an owner-builder licence, which covers work on one’s own account and not work for others.

Tell us who you are and what you manage. A person replies — there is no bot at the end of this form, and no account to create.
